Anything on this site is available read aloud over the telephone or inlarge print, at no cost. Ring (866) 827-4241. You do not need to give a reason.

The same applies to open enrollment materials for your employees. If someone needs a document in another format, or an interpreter at an enrollment meeting, tell us in advance and we will arrange it.

What we have built in

• Body text at 17.5px, with nothing smaller than 14px used for real content.
• Colour contrast meeting WCAG 2.1 AA throughout, verified rather than assumed. No information is conveyed by colour alone.
• A visible 3px focus ring on every interactive element. It is never suppressed and never reduced to a colour change.
• Tap and click targets of at least 44px in every dimension.
• A "skip to main content" link as the first thing on every page.
• Accordions built on the browser's own <details> element, so they work with a keyboard and a screen reader without depending on our JavaScript.
• Both forms work without JavaScript, and both report errors in words rather than in colour.
• Distinctly named navigation landmarks, so a screen-reader user can tell the main navigation from the mobile drawer, the breadcrumb and the footer.
• Animation honouring your system's "reduce motion" setting.
• Anchor links that land on the heading you asked for rather than underneath the sticky header.
• The calendar and the funding table collapse to a single column on a narrow screen rather than scrolling sideways.

Our target, honestly stated

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We test with a keyboard and with a screen reader, and we check contrast on every colour pair we use.

We do not claim the site is perfect. If you find something that does not work — a control you cannot reach, text you cannot read, a form you cannot complete — tell us, and we will treat it as a defect rather than a request.
